Bifesta Bright up Cleansing Lotion Review

I am back with a review of the Bifesta Bright Up Cleansing Lotion! (buy here) 

I first found out about this on my favorite beauty show, Get It Beauty, and a lot of celebrities were endorsing this product.

This was actually my first cleansing water.

I know that the Bioderma Micellar Water is the reigning champion in the cleansing water world, but I have yet to try that one out.

As you can see, I've used this product all up.

I am going to put this product to the test for all of you so I took two cotton pads and saturated it with the cleansing water.

I put swatches of a mix of makeup products on my arm to see how well this cleansing water removes the make up. 

I placed the wet cotton pads on top of the makeup for about 10 seconds.

Especially if you are using this to remove makeup on your face, you want to decrease the number of times you have to rub the cotton rounds on your face. 

Placing the cotton pads on top of your eyes or faces for a few seconds before you wipe will help break down the makeup and allow you to remove your makeup more easily.

As you can see, with the first wipe down the only product that was removed was the concealer. 

I found that the Bifest Cleansing Water does not do well with waterproof makeup.

I continued to swipe the cotton pads to see how many more times I had to rub so the makeup gets removed.

The Final Verdict: 

It took me TWENTY wipes to get all traces of makeup off!
Even then, the Missha watery tint is still left on my arm. 

Maybe I was rubbing a little too hard so my skin got a little bit red.

Overall, after having used the entire product, I say that it is a very average cleansing water. It was my first cleansing water so I did not know what to expect, but all I know is that the Bifesta Cleansing Lotion is extremely gentle. 

I only used this to remove my face makeup, but as you can see, it is too gentle to remove any tough eye makeup. 

I won't be purchasing this again, since I like the Simple Micellar Water much more and I am trying out the Garnier Waterproof Micellar Water as well.
